The Space
The Row is our sister property located approximately a 10 minute walk from The Roost. Great if you have an overspill for the main house. The Row is still very central to town just a stroll down the hill to The Clock, near all the best local coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shops.
The house is one of the oldest in Westport town but has been renovated into a contemporary and luxury stay for our guests but still retaining the small sash windows and thick old walls. It is suitable for couples or singles. With a wood fire stove for cosy evenings, a covered in outdoor sitting area, with BBQ and a little outdoor shower for fun.
There are views over the town, comfy armchairs, Bluetooth speaker, smart TV, a small kitchen with starter essentials of tea, local roasted coffee from Bean West, Olive oil pepper and salt. A little dining nook which can also be used as a workstation if needed.
At the back of The Row is the Greenway perfect for fans of the Park Run, or a stroll out to the Quay for a swim or coffee and a loop walk back in through Westport House...

Payment is required four weeks prior to arrival, and can be done online or via bank transfer.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in is from 3pm, an earlier check in may be available on request.
Check out is at 11am.
Pets
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to stay on the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full payment is required four weeks before arrival. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date a full refund can be issued only if a replacement is found.
