The Space
Following a similar theme to the Garden Shed, it has been fitted out with a modern bathroom and super-comfortable king-sized bed upstairs. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen of birch ply and comfy sofa to unwind in the evenings. Again, a perfect spot to spend time and hang out with a loved one.

We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer
We require a deposit of 25%. Due to the small nature of our business, the deposit is non-refundable.
Stay
Minimum three night stays over bank holidays and Christmas holidays.
July and August minimum stay three nights.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in is from 3pm, an earlier check in may be available on request.
Check out is at 10am, as it is a large property with lots of cleaning to do we ask people to please check out on time.
Other
Children are welcome in our house but as it is a home that we are putting thoughtful touches to, we please ask guests of all ages to look after it, and please don’t wear shoes upstairs.
Please note we do not cater for Stag or Hen parties, we have lovely neighbours, and we want them to still like us. So please out of respect for them and other people staying on the property only very well-behaved gatherings.
Parking is available for up to four cars in the Main House and one car each for The Garden Shed and The Cart House.
Pets
Unfortunately no pets are allowed to stay on the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking deposits are non refundable unless a replacement booking can be found. Full payment is required eight weeks before arrival. If you cancel within six weeks of your arrival date full charge will apply. Parking is available for up to four cars in the Main House and one car each for The Garden Shed and The Cart House.
