The Space
The Roost is the perfect place to have a cosy hen party with friends to celebrate getting married. We can advise you on activities over the weekend, sea swimming and sauna on old head beach, climb the Reek, cycle the greenway and after all those activities book into spa treatments located 50 yards from the house.
The house is perfect for holding small intimate gatherings with a dining room and two lounge rooms and a patio area. That type of thing and then we can maybe fill it out or add to it, as need be.

Minimum three night stays over bank holidays and Christmas holidays.

Payment
We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer.
We require a deposit of 25%. Due to the small nature of our business, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in is from 3pm an earlier check in may be available on request.
Check out is at 10am as it is a large property with lots of cleaning to do we ask people to please check out on time.
Other
Children are welcome in our house but as it is a home that we are putting thoughtful touches to, we please ask guests of all ages to look after it, and please don’t wear shoes upstairs.
Please note we do not cater for Stag or Hen parties, we have lovely neighbours, and we want them to still like us. So please out of respect for them and other people staying on the property only very well-behaved gatherings.
Parking is available for up to four cars in the Main House and one car each for The Garden Shed and The Cart House.
Pets
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to stay on the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking deposits are non-refundable unless a replacement booking can be found. Full payment is required eight weeks before arrival. If you cancel within six weeks of your arrival date, a full charge will apply. Parking is available for up to four cars in the Main House and one car each for The Garden Shed and The Cart House.
